The "marriage" between the School of Law and the 100-year-old Dutch garment company

Recently, the French School Group and GLOBAL ACT BV, THE MAKERS BV formally signed the agreement (Holland, Belgium, Hong Kong, China) Sanli Holdings Limited. Sanli Holdings Co., Ltd. is controlled by 40% of each of the Legal Group and GLOBAL ACT and THE MAKERS is holding 20%. The company will fully expand markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

GLOBAL ACT and MAKERS are the largest garment companies in the Netherlands. They have orders from more than 100 brand companies in Europe, Southeast Asia and other countries. They have established production bases in the Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey, and Morocco. To expand the global market, they were committed to seeking partners around the world a few years ago, and at the time of an international premium brand ready-to-wear show, they had “love at first sight” with the French school of European branding.

At the signing ceremony, GLOBAL ACT Chairman MR.ALWIN VAN GILS humorously compared the process of cooperation with the French School to a marriage. He said that he had talked with the French School for more than a year's love. He learned about the French school's products and craftsmanship, and visited the International Industrial City that the French School is building. The industrial city has 1 million suit suits and 10 million sets of apparel production capabilities. Mr. VAN GILS praised this.

Peng Xing, chairman of the French School of Management, stated that the future work of the contracted Sanli Holdings Co., Ltd. will be carried out in three phases: First, transfer the order manufacturing centers of hundreds of brands owned by GLOBAL ACT BV and THE MAKERS BV from Europe to Wenzhou. In the future, such a large volume of orders will be diverted horizontally, enriching the business volume of the fine processing companies in Wenzhou; followed by the acquisition of a European company with a hundred-year brand strength; the third is that in the next five years, Sanli Holdings will invest in China. With 50 million Euros, the French School will make unremitting efforts to implement the funds in Wenzhou.
