The series integrates advanced fashion aesthetics and professional sports knowledge, with emphasis on core sportswear and training equipment. All clothing has been tested by team members of the Swedish National Olympic Team. Athletes made professional advice on design, performance and ease of wear. H&M is also privileged to design a variety of costumes for the Swedish National Olympic and Paralympic teams to participate in the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games, including the opening ceremonies, some of the competition costumes and the award ceremony dresses.

The series is dominated by black, gray, light pink and gold. The main items include high-performance T-shirts, running shorts and leggings, and women's sports bras. The design team uses a quick-drying, breathable material that helps the wearer to perform optimally. The use of recycled polyester fibers in the series shows that high-performance sportswear can also meet the concept of environmental protection and sustainable development. All apparel reflects H&M's pursuit of high standards in both fashion and performance.
